On March 18, a team from the WRH Program visited Prof. Timothy Stasevich from Colorado State University, USA. He is collaborating with Prof. Hiroshi Kimura of the Cell Biology Center, Institute of Integrated Research (IIR). Prof. Stasevich initially joined Science Tokyo as a specially appointed associate professor under the WRHI Program (FY2017), and through both programs he has made many accomplishments.

Although his term under WRH concludes at the end of fiscal year 2024, he will continue at Science Tokyo as a specially appointed associate professor.  His joint research with Prof. Kimura is titled “Regulation of transcription and translation in living cells”.
