We are pleased to welcome Prof. Tomas Palacios from MIT, newly appointed as visiting professor at Science Tokyo!

With support from the WRH Program, Prof. Palacios will collaborate with Prof. Hitoshi Wakabayashi of the Integrated Green-niX+ Research Unit.

We look forward to the fruitful outcomes of their joint research on the project “The future of semiconductors and microelectronics”.
