＜Field of Specialization＞
1)High pressure synthesis of new functional materials (Pb and Bi series multiferroic materials, high Tc cuprates uperconductors) under high pressure and high temperature & investigating their physical properties (especially under high pressure)
2)Investigate the local structure and physical properties of complex functional materials using the pair distribution function(PDF) method
＜Brief introduction of collaborative research and aims at WRHI＞
At WRHI, I will have acollaborativeresearch with Prof. Masaki Azuma in the following work:
1)Investigate the negative thermal expansion property of PbCrO3.
2)Synthesis of pyrochlore Pb2Cu2O7 and investigate its physical properties.
