<Aim>

This is Gaku Okuma, a specially appointed assistant professor at Laboratory for Materials and Structures since April 1^st, 2019. I obtained Ph. D. degree at Tokyo Institute of Technology in September 2018. From Oct. 2018 to Mar. 2019, I worked in Tokyo Institute of Technology as a JSPS research fellow. I have been studying about sintering process by using X-ray CT. I will pursuit the microstructural evolution of ceramics and clarify the sintering mechanisms. Moreover, I would like to discover a new tough ceramics and elucidate a toughening mechanism from the view of microstructure. I am glad to work in Tokyo Tech and welcome collaboration with all of you.
