Resent progress of spectroscopy of aromatic ions and their solvated clusters were presented. The results strongly related to astronomy, particularly presence of molecules in space. The detection of molecules in cosmos is thought to give clue to the origin and development of this cosmos. This view point was strongly interested in graduate students, and stimulated questions and discussion.
