The opening ceremony for the second WRHI Satellite Lab. was held on Tuesday, July the 15th. This lab. is established by the Molecular Science for Complex Systems Group led by Prof. Masaaki Fujii.

The director-general of the IIR, Prof. Hisabori, the director of the Laboratory for Chemistry and Life Science (CLS), Prof. Yamamoto, the associate director-general of the IIR, Prof. Ohtake, and the chairman of the WRHI project, Prof. Azuma were invited to attend the ceremony which was conducted by Prof. Fujii, group leader of the hub group. He explained their research activities and introduced the laboratory. All the participants wore masks during the ceremony to prevent the spread of covid-19. The Director-general encouraged the members of the new satellite laboratory for further development.
