略歴
1995年東京工業大学大学院社会工学専攻修士課程修了後、当時の海外経済協力基金(OECF)に入り、開発途上国におけるODA業務の従事、その後、国立環境研究所を経て(2005-2007)、2006年にコーネル大学にてPh.D.取得後、2007年より東京工業大学大学院准教授。
